苏怀智,男,1973年9月出生于内蒙古自治区鄂尔多斯市,2002年获河海大学水工结构工程专业博士学位,2004年博士后出站。2002年9月进入河海大学水利水电工程学院从事教学和科研工作。现任河海大学水工结构教授、博士生导师;中国水力发电学会大坝安全专委会会员、中国水利学会会员;国家“百千万人才工程”入选者,有突出贡献中青年专家,中青年科技创新领军人才。[1]

苏怀智研究方向
编辑主要从事水利水电工程安全分析和评价、检测和监控、水工建筑物老化及灾变机理和健康诊断等理论和方法的创新性研究及成果的工程应用推广工作。目前重点在以下四个方向开展研究:
(1)水工结构工程安全预警场论研究;
(2)水工混凝土结构损伤分布式监测与危险性辨识理论与方法研究;
(3)水利水电工程风险评价理论、方法研究;
(4)重大结构工程服役寿命评估与提升的理论、方法和技术研究。
苏怀智教学情况
编辑先后讲授“水工建筑物”、“水利工程概论”等课程。
苏怀智科研情况
编辑近年来,负责或参与了“973”计划项目课题1项,国家自然科学基金重点项目2项、面上项目2项,国家科技支撑计划课题2项以及三峡、小湾、二滩、龙羊峡、新安江、佛子岭、水口等大中型水利水电工程的安全分析和评价、监测和监控、灾变行为和健康诊断等科研项目。科研成果已在《Computer-Aided Civil and InfrastructureEngineering》、《Water Resources Management》、《Smart Materials & Structures》、《Science in ChinaSeries E: Technological Sciences》、《Applied Mathematicsand Mechanics(English Edition)》、《Journal of ConstructionEngineering and Management》、《岩土力学》、《岩石力学与工程学报》、《岩土工程学报》、《水利学报》、《水力发电学报》、《应用基础与工程科学学报》、《武汉大学学报》等国内外重要学术刊物及国际会议上发表。
